HARKE GROUP, based in Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany, has acquired the Swedish Vendico Group, consisting of Vendico Chemical AB, Inventicon AB and Omni International AB. The Vendico Group represents around 50 leading manufacturers of chemical raw materials in the Personal Care, Home Care and I&I sectors as well as other applications including Coatings, Plastics and Polymers. The company distributes a broad range of chemicals primarily to the Nordic chemical industry with a strong focus on companies working with surface active applications.
