Founded in 1994, KH Chemicals achieved a turnover of over EUR 125 million in 2017 and employs over 60 people worldwide. KH Chemical's strong global reach, in combination with its local presence, allows it to quickly react to market changes and to offer cross-continent solutions to its suppliers and clients. The company's product range consists of a wide range of base chemicals that can be divided into four major product categories: solvents, acrylates, monomers and plasticizers. KH's clients include end-users, distributors and traders.
The deal will substantially strengthen Ravago Chemical's commodity chemicals product portfolio as well expanding their customer and supplier base across many regions.
