DKSH Performance Materials expands its life science Business in Malaysia by acquiring Elite Organic

DKSH has signed an agreement to acquire Elite Organic Sdn. Bhd. (Elite Organic) in Malaysia, a trusted supplier of value-added ingredients and services to the pharmaceutical, food, and nutraceutical industries in Malaysia and Singapore. The acquisition further expands DKSH Performance Materials Business Unit's position in highly attractive life science segments in Asia Pacific.

Established in 1995, Elite Organic distributes ingredients from world-renowned manufacturers from Europe, the US, Japan, and Asia to top-tier life sciences manaufacturers. The company generates net sales of over CHF 5 million at sound profitability and return on capital. DKSH is acquiring the entire business and fully integrating the company into its existing operations.

The closing of the transaction is expected during the second quarter of 2024 and is subject to customary closing conditions.
