LBB Specialties acquires ingredients distributor Centerchem, Inc.
Leading North American specialty chemical and ingredient distributor, LBB Specialties has acquired Centerchem, Inc. ("Centerchem"), a specialty ingredients distributor based in Norwalk, CT. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
