IMPAG Group expands business with the acquisition of Innovafood
The IMPAG Group, with headquarters in Zurich and companies in Switzerland, Germany, France, Poland and Austria, specializes in the distribution of raw materials and semi-finished products for the processing sector. The acquisition of Innovafood, a Spain-based trade company of natural food ingredients, marks another milestone in more than 100 years of the company's history. The incorporation into the IMPAG Group took effect on April 15th, 2021.
