KRAHN Chemie GmbH has announced that it has acquired a majority stake in InterActive S.A., headquartered in Athens, Greece. The deal represents a strategic acquisition for KRAHN Chemie and expands the Group's footprint in Europe as well as in to the Israeli market.

InterActive S.A. was founded in 1990 and specializes in the distribution of lubricant additives in the Israeli, Greek and Cypriot market, as well as scientific instruments for R&D and QC laboratories in oil, pharma & chemical industries by representing renowned international manufacturers.
